Technical support

 Warranty and post-warranty service

  • EV provides warranty service for 1 year after the purchase;
  • For its customers’ comfort, EV provides special offers and rates for post-warranty service subscription;
  • Technical support 24h after receiving the order is available for: Sofia, Ruse, Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, Vratza, Blagoevgrad;
  • Technical support 48h after receiving the order is available for all regions, outside of the listed above;
  • Orders for technical support during non-working days – emergency phone number +359 885 013307.
    • Service charge: technical service price /including spare parts/ + 20 BGN;
  • Enco Vending offers its clients a coin changer for temporary use:
    • Installation charge - 10 BGN /non-refundable/;
    • Deposit – 50 BGN, refunded at removal of the temporary coin changer. Depending on the technical condition, the deposit is refundable in full or partially;
    • Presence of the customer is required.

 

Express service

  • Express technical support: within 2 h after placing the order.
    • Price: 20.00 BGN over the regular service price.

*Currently, the express technical support service is available in Sofia only.

Products delivery

  • Standard delivery: same-day-delivery for orders placed by 09:30h.
    • Free of charge for order amount more than 100.00 BGN;
    • For order amount less than 100.00 – delivery charge 3.60 BGN within Sofia, Ruse, Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, Vratza and Blagoevgrad;
    • For order amount less than 100.00 and outside the listed above, delivery cost is covered by the customer.

  • EV offers express delivery for your convenience! For those, who didn’t manage to plan their orders or need products urgently, EV provides express delivery within 3h after placing the order:
    • Express delivery charge for order amount less than 100.00 BGN – 12.00 BGN;
    • Express delivery charge for order amount more than 100.00 BGN – 6.00 BGN;

*Currently, the express delivery service is available in Sofia only.

  • Delivery orders during non-working days - emergency phone number +359 885 013307. Ordered quantity cannot exceed 10 kg per product. Delivery charge: 12.00 BGN.

Vending machine installation

When purchasing a vending machine from Enco Vending, there is a 3 working days period from taking your order till the final installation and setup, available for Sofia, Ruse, Burgas, Varna, Plovdiv, Vratza and Blagoevgrad. For regions outside the listed above, we require 5 working days for installation.

EV offers express installation for your convenience and in case of emergency: within 36h after your order is taken, purchase documents are proceeded and payment is received - everywhere in Bulgaria!
